For your convenience, we are providing a list of general and special tasks. You may print this list and mark the tasks that you expect us to perform. (For special tasks, such as oven cleaning, please consider added time when booking your cleaning.) Please leave a printed copy at your apartment and email it to our office in advance so we will be able to discuss it and contact you with any questions. Please remember that even though we are angels - we are NOT magicians…
Kitchen - general cleaning:
- Countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet
- Loading & running the dishwasher
- Outsides of cabinet
- Exterior of all appliances
- Small appliances wiped
- Windowsills cleaned
- Wash or dust table and chairs
- Trash emptied
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Kitchen - please specify (and consider the time):
- Baseboards dusted, wiped or washed
- Hand washing of delicate dishes
- Emptying the dishwasher & putting the dishes back in the cabinets
- Cleaning the interior of kitchen appliances
- Refrigerator
- Freezer
- Oven and or Broiler - you MUST inform us in advance if you need the oven and/or broiler cleaned with an oven cleaner, as this required an average of extra 1-3 hours and special advanced preparation and training.

Bathroom - general cleaning and disinfecting:

- Tub, shower area, toilets and tiles.

Laundry & Ironing service:
Please make sure items for dry cleaning are put away and are NOT mixed with clothes for regular wash, or stored nearby in an unmarked bag / hamper that might be confused with clothes for washing.
Please either collect and sort your wash or provide us with specific instructions.
Mark / separate items that should NOT be placed in the dryer and instruct where to place / hang them. Leave enough laundry detergent, bleach, softener, etc.
Provide laundry card + cash to load on the card if needed or sufficient amount of quarters. Please do not expect our workers to change money for quarters without asking in advance.Please inform of laundry room location and any special regulations.
