If it is necessary to cancel a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please also be sure to inform NY Brite of any changes to your regular cleaning schedule.
*Last minute cancellations are subject to a minimum fee to compensate our cleaners for their time and lost wages.
Gratuities, while not required, are greatly appreciated by our cleaning staff.
Yes. If for any reason your regular cleaner is unable to make the scheduled appointment, NY Brite will contact you in advance to ask permission to send another cleaner, or you may reschedule your regular appointment.
NY Brite, Inc. is a bonded and insured company with over 30+ years in service. Please let us know in advance if any insurance certificates are required.
At NY Brite, we take pride in the good relationship we share with our customers.
