If you have special instructions or requests for cleaning, feel free to provide details over the phone or in a note inside your door with any special requests. To ensure your comfort with our new social distancing safety protocols, we’d like to share what you can expect during your next cleaning:- Prior to arrival- PPE change: Each team member changes to fresh clothes, shoes, mask and gloves.
- Upon arrival: Cleaning equipment and supplies thoroughly disinfected before entry.
- From outside: We call or text to provide you ample time to unlock entry and distance.
- Before entry: Choose a room or area for seclusion, while our team cleans the rest.
- Based on your needs and requests, we will provide enhanced cleaning to effectively disinfect high-touch hard surfaces.
- Upon completion, we will announce that we are finished cleaning and depart.
- PPE will be safely removed outside the area, following established guidelines.
